Dragon Ball was created by Akira Toriyama. Dragon ball is one of the most popular anime series to ever hit North America. This anime first started of as a manga in Japan and eventually Akira Toriyama would bring it to life by starting the anime series. This anime has tons of fight sequences, ki attacks and so on. If you want powerful, action pack, funny, violent anime, this anime is got to be for you. I mean, it's not that violent, it's been rated for general audiences. There was first Dragon Ball, which was on the life of a boy named Son Goku. Then as he grew up the series name changed to Dragon Ball Z. Akira Toriyama stoped the series at Dragon Ball Z. But the show kept on airing, as Dragon Ball GT (Grand Tour). This hit series would reach North America by the help of Funimation and Viz Comics! That is how all of us in North America are able to see one of the greatest otakus ever to be made!
