Affiliating with Maximus is not too hard at all, but it's actually very simple. All you have to do is meet 2 requirements. I'm not going to be like other sites who say you must have 1000 hits and have a hell lot of content or don't think about! no mean attitude here. There are 2 requirements though: 1.
